A traditional photo booth produces a printed strip or still digital image. The 360 booth produces a slow-motion video clip as the camera arm rotates around the guest. The video is delivered digitally and has a much higher social sharing rate than a printed photo.
How many people can use the 360 booth at once?
The platform fits 4 to 5 people at once comfortably. Group shots are one of the most popular uses at weddings and parties.
How long does setup take?
Our team arrives 60 to 90 minutes before your event start time. Everything is tested and ready before your first guest arrives. You do not need to coordinate anything on the day.
Can the 360 booth be set up outdoors?
Yes, with some conditions. The booth requires a level surface and adequate lighting. Outdoor setups work well in covered or partially covered areas. Our team advises on best placement at your venue when you book.
How is the video delivered to guests?
Guests receive their video clip via text or email within about one minute of their session. The file is sized for direct social media upload with no app download required.
Can you add our logo or event branding to the videos?
Yes. Custom branding is standard on every rental at no extra charge. We apply your logo, event name, colors, and custom music to every clip. Send us your assets when you book and we handle the design.
Is there a limit on how many videos guests can record?
No. Every rental includes unlimited sessions for the full duration of your event.
Do you offer traditional photo booths alongside the 360 booth?
Yes. Many clients book both a 360 video booth and a standard open-air or enclosed booth for the same event. The two experiences complement each other well. See all booth options.
How far in advance should I book?
4 to 8 weeks ahead is recommended. The 360 booth is our most-requested product and popular weekend dates fill faster than standard booths. If your event is coming up soon, contact us and we will check availability.
What happens if something goes wrong with the equipment?
Our on-site attendant handles any technical issue immediately. We bring backup equipment to every 360 rental. In the rare case of a full equipment failure that cannot be resolved on-site, we have a full refund and credit policy.
