We are here to help you every step of the way when creating your own photobooth events and business. If you cancel your order before it ships (usually 1-3 days after you place the order), we will give a Full Refund. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it only if there is a defect in the product. If the photobooth arrives damaged, please immediately tell the shipping company and do not sign off on the delivery. All products are shipped in pristine and Brand New working condition as soon as they leave our warehouse.
If parts are damaged or errors, you do have a full 1 year all software and hardware warranty and we are happy to replace them. If you still decide to return the product after it arrives, you have 7 calendar days to return it, we do incur a 20% restocking fee + return shipping. The product must be in the same condition as it arrived with all merchandise. Any damages that occur within the return process will also incur a fee depending on the parts damaged. After 7 Calendar Days from arrival, it is deemed acceptable and inspected, and will be considered final.
